The modular conference table system from Login Wood is designed for organisations with multiple space requirements and a preference for premium, permanent furniture that adapts rather than compromises. This 30 seater modular conference table system comprises individual walnut veneer table modules — each 1600mm × 800mm — that connect via a tool-free alignment and locking mechanism. The 30-seat system includes 15 modules that can be arranged in a full rectangle (12 across × 2 rows with head ends), a U-shape training configuration, or a classroom layout. Each reconfiguration takes 20–30 minutes and leaves no marks on floors. The walnut veneer surface on each module is individually book-matched and finished with a satin-matte lacquer — providing the visual richness of a single premium conference table while maintaining the flexibility of individual modules. The join between adjacent modules uses an aluminium alignment rail system that keeps the surfaces flush to within 0.5mm. This modular conference table system includes an integrated cable management solution: a dedicated cable spine runs through the centre of each module row, with a power distribution unit connecting beneath the table assembly. Eight flush-mounted pop-up power and data stations can be positioned at any module position. Each module is individually designed to be manageable by two people through standard doorways (module width 800mm) and standard lifts. The complete 30-module system ships on two pallets.
