The Bloom Low Storage Cabinet with Planter Top is a dual-purpose office furniture piece that solves two problems simultaneously — providing lockable under-desk storage and introducing live greenery as a soft visual divider in open-plan offices.
Positioned between rows of back-to-back workstations, the Bloom replaces the traditional opaque partition screen with a low storage module topped by a continuous planter trough. The planter is waterproofed internally and fitted with a drainage mat — accommodating trailing plants, succulents, ornamental grasses, or low-maintenance tropical foliage. The result is a workspace that feels alive, organic, and purposefully designed rather than partitioned by grey screens.
The storage section below the planter comprises a series of lockable compartments — one per workstation bay — with a push-to-open mechanism or key lock as required. Each compartment is sized to accommodate A4 files, personal items, and a standard laptop bag.
Construction uses 18mm moisture-resistant board for the cabinet carcass, a powder-coated steel planter liner with drainage outlets, and a choice of laminate finishes for the cabinet exterior. Standard planter trough depth is 200mm, width matches the cabinet run (900mm – 3600mm), and height from the floor to the top of the planter is 850mm — standard workstation height.
Available in any Login Wood laminate finish. Custom lengths to match any bench run. Irrigation-ready versions with a hidden drip line channel are available on request.
